Probably the most famous aircraft ditching in history.
Captain Sully put this bird in the Hudson. You've heard the tapes, and know that he certainly mastered that old saying "Aviate, Navigate, Communicate".
If you were at our Christmas party, you'd know that ditching was a hot topic.
And we've listened. We know that knowledge is king. We know that flying around Wellington means you're often over water with little option to make a safe landing, sometimes your only choice is in the sea if it came to it.
We supply life jackets in all the aircraft, do you wear yours? Do you know how to use it? Can you swim? I'm sure you know the actions you'd do in the case of EFATO, but what else should you consider?

Rick Bulger joins us again to take us through ditching in more detail.
Don't be a fool, wear your life jacket, it should be a rule!
