The 87th Annual General Meeting of the Wellington Aero Club will be held on Wednesday 27 July 2016.
The meeting will be held at the Evans Bay Yacht and Motor Boat Club at 501 Evans Bay Parade, Hataitai. We are planning to precede the AGM with light refreshments, including bar facilities.
The order of events for the evening will be as follows:

Annual General Meeting
We encourage as many members as possible to attend the AGM to hear first-hand how the club is performing, as well as the challenges the upcoming year holds.
If you wish to nominate a club member to the Executive Committee, please complete the nomination form and return to the club office or scan and send by email to secretary@flywellington.co.nz by 6 July 2016. The list of nominations received will be circulated to members prior to the AGM.
Apologies for those unable to attend can be sent to secretary@flywellington.co.nz
If you cannot attend, but would like to vote, please complete the proxy voting form and return to the club office or scan and send by email to secretary@flywellington.co.nz by 13 July 2016.
If you wish to lodge a notice of motion to be considered at the AGM, this must be:
a) Typewritten on plain paper; and
b) Signed by two financial members and legibly endorsed with their names; and
c) Received by the Secretary by 5pm on 6 July 2016.
Only current financial members will have voting rights at the AGM or may be elected to office. Any former members who are no longer financial members will be considered eligible if they become financial members prior to 19:00 on the day of the AGM. Contact the club if you wish to renew your membership subscriptions before the AGM.
